First Annual The Maker’s Room Event in Crete

Crete is hosting its first event that blends art and fashion, and we invite you to be part of this unique experience! The event will take place at Sartori Concept Hotel in Heraklion, Crete, a remarkable venue that combines minimal luxury with artistic aesthetics and dynamic colors, offering participants the opportunity to showcase their work in different areas of the hotel.

The event will be held across five different hotel spaces, where participants will present their creations (products, designs, artworks) in a unique setting that promotes both art and fashion.

Each exhibitor will be provided with a dedicated hotel room to set up their products and create an ideal presentation for visitors.

Hotel Stay:

Complimentary accommodation from the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025 (10:00 AM) to the morning of Sunday, April 13, 2025 (10:00 AM) to allow for setup and dismantling.

Exhibitors will have the option to stay overnight after the event.

Warm Atmosphere:

A welcoming and cozy environment, supported by the hotel and its staff, ensuring a pleasant experience for both exhibitors and visitors.

Open Entry:

Doors open to the public on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

Visitors will have free access throughout the event to explore the exhibitors’ spaces.

Guests will have the chance to meet exhibitors in person and purchase their exclusive creations directly.

Guest Reception:

Visitors will be welcomed with complimentary treats, enhancing their overall experience at the event.

Participation Terms & Conditions

The participants of The Maker’s Room event in Crete will enjoy the following benefits

Eligibility Requirements:

Open to artists and designers with a registered business (Emerging talents in the fields of art and fashion are encouraged to apply).

Application Deadline:

Interested participants must apply by Monday, March 31, 2025.

Participation Fee:

The participation cost is €150.00 (VAT 24% included), covering all benefits and services provided to exhibitors.

Number of Participants:

The event will host 5-7 participants, ensuring each exhibitor receives the attention and exposure they deserve.
