Terms & Conditions of the 2025 Contest

A. Organizer of the Contest

The company named "Marazaki Maria - Ismini Marazakis Myron IKE" and the trade name "SARTORI CONCEPT HOTEL" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), based in Heraklion, Crete, at 39 Pediados Street, 71201, organizes the following promotional campaign through the contest titled "Sartori calling you!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") with the following participation terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), which will be posted and continuously updated during the course of the Contest at the link https://www.sartori.gr/giveaway on the official website of the Organizer at www.sartori.gr (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Participants must ensure they are promptly informed about any changes to the terms of the Contest by visiting the Website.

The purpose of these terms is to define the participation terms of the Contest, as well as the selection of the winner as part of the Contest.

Participation in the Contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of all the terms and processes of the Contest, as outlined in this announcement and as updated on the Website without any further burden or other obligation on the part of the Sartori Concept Hotel.

B. Contest Duration

The duration of the Contest is from February 7, 2025, at 00:01:00 a.m. (Local Greek Time) until February 21, 2025, at 23:59:59 p.m. (Local Greek Time) (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration").

It is explicitly clarified that after the expiration of the Contest on February 21, 2025, or any new date set due to any extension or change in the timing of the Contest, entries are no longer possible. Any entries submitted after the duration of the Contest will be automatically invalid and will not result in any consequence nor bind the Sartori Concept Hotel.

C. Eligibility and Participation Method

Eligible participants in the Contest are individuals who have reached the age of 18, follow the Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/sartorigr), like the contest post/photo, and comment under the contest post tagging two friends. Employees and any individuals with any form of employment relationship with the company "Marazaki Maria - Ismini Marazakis Myron IKE" (hereinafter referred to as Sartori Concept Hotel), as well as their first and second-degree relatives and spouses, are excluded from participation in the Contest.

Each participant may enter the Contest more than once, i.e., they can leave more than one comment under the contest post/photo. By participating, the participant unconditionally accepts all the terms and processes of the Contest.

All valid entries are immediately recorded in a list (database) and acquire an automatic timestamp with the precise date and time of participation and, based on that, an incrementing number for that specific date. The Organizer bears no responsibility if, for reasons beyond its control (e.g., force majeure, technical problems, overload, server failure), the records are partially or entirely destroyed.

In the event that, at the discretion of the Sartori Concept Hotel, the participation does not meet the terms and conditions of the Contest or the entry is considered fraudulent or involves any form of illegal technical influence on its systems, the Sartori Concept Hotel may exclude the entry at any stage of the Contest, and if the entry has already been declared the winner, it may invalidate the award.

D. Drawing - Winner Selection

From the valid entries in the Contest, one winner will be selected through a drawing conducted by Sartori Concept Hotel’s electronic systems, ensuring that there is no human intervention and that the Sartori Concept Hotel cannot intervene or influence the process.

The drawing will take place on February 22, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Local Greek Time) at the offices of the Sartori Concept Hotel among the valid entries. If, for any reason, the electronic drawing cannot take place on the aforementioned day and time, the Sartori Concept Hotel reserves the right to change the date and time with prior notice.

E. Contest Prize

The prize of the Contest is one (1) free overnight stay at the Sartori Concept Hotel.

The prize is specific, personal, and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money or other prizes of any value. It is clarified that the prize is provided by Sartori Concept Hotel "as is" without any kind of guarantee, express or implied, including but not limited to all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The validity of the Prize is within the year 2025.

The Sartori Concept Hotel bears no responsibility for anything related to the prize, except for delivering it to the winner. The Sartori Concept Hotel and its employees and directors are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, consequential, or other type of damage arising from or related to the execution of the Contest and the implementation of the above prize. Furthermore, the Sartori Concept Hotel is not responsible for any delays in redeeming or canceling the prize, or in case of unavailability of rooms or expiration of the redemption deadline.

F. Winner Notification - Prize Pickup

After the drawing and within 2 working days, the winner will be notified via direct message on the Instagram profile used for the Contest entry. They will also be publicly announced in a story post on the Sartori Concept Hotel's Instagram account. The winner must respond to the notification confirming acceptance of the prize.

If the communication with the winner is not possible within 2 days from the first attempt, the Sartori Concept Hotel will contact the first (1st) runner-up. If the first runner-up does not respond within two (2) working days, i.e., until February 25, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., the Sartori Concept Hotel will contact the next runner-up in the sequence. If contact with any of the ten (10) runner-ups fails, the prize will be CANCELED.

The winner will be informed about the prize and further details related to its redemption, which will be handled through communication with the Sartori Concept Hotel. During this communication, the winner's full details (full name, address, ID number, and phone number) will be confirmed for identity verification during the prize redemption.

At any stage, the winner may be disqualified if:

For any reason, they do not fully accept these terms in their entirety, as these terms are considered essential.

It is determined that the entry was submitted by a person under the age of 18 without the necessary consent from their legal guardian.

Their entry does not meet any of the terms of these terms.

Any of the details they provided are false.

For any reason, the attempt to contact the winner within two (2) days from the drawing fails.

The entry is deemed by the Organizer to be the result of illegal technical influence on the systems or fraud or undue interference by the participant or a third party.

The prize redemption deadline has passed.

They refuse to accept the prize.

At the prize redemption, the winner must present their ID card to verify their identity and confirm they are an adult. The winner is exclusively responsible for timely planning and arranging the necessary details for booking their free stay.

The Organizer is exempt from the obligation to redeem the prize if any of the terms of participation in the Contest have not been complied with.

By submitting their entry into the Contest, each participant grants the Sartori Concept Hotel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, image, and any other necessary personal information for the purpose of promoting the Contest, both during and after its completion. Specifically, the Sartori Concept Hotel reserves the right to publicly share the image and name of the participants through photographic material, audio material, and video footage in print and electronic media (social media like Facebook, Instagram) and any other platform chosen by the Sartori Concept Hotel for promoting and advertising the Contest, as well as the use of the prize as archival material.

The winner, by participating in the Contest, explicitly consents to the above without any payment or compensation. In the event the winner refuses to participate in any related advertising program or announcement or refuses to have their name included in any listings, the Sartori Concept Hotel has the right to refuse or revoke the award.

G. Modification of Terms - Prizes

The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and prizes at any time, or postpone or cancel the Contest and the drawing without prior notice. In such cases, the Sartori Concept Hotel will not have any obligation for compensation towards the participants, the winner, or any third parties.

H. Limitation of Liability of Sartori Concept Hotel

The Sartori Concept Hotel and its employees and directors are not responsible, to the extent allowed by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, consequential, or other damages arising from or associated with the execution of the Contest.

The Sartori Concept Hotel is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, expenses, or costs that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, delay, delivery, or the actual and legal status of the Contest prize.

I. Personal Data

By participating in the Contest, the participant grants the Organizer the unconditional license and consent to use and process their personal data for the purposes of the Contest.

Participation in the Contest implies the participant’s explicit and unconditional consent for the registration and processing of personal data, which relate to them in a file held by the Organizer, in accordance with the provisions of national law and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016) for the purposes of conducting the Contest.

Regarding the winner and any potential runner-ups, the Organizer informs that personal data collected from them will be processed to notify the winner, announce the Contest results, present the Contest, and deliver the prize.
